Shipping & handling charges for the majority of our products are 25.5% on average of the product totals.

Some items, indicated on the website, will be charged at "OVERSIZE" rates, consequently the delivery charges may vary.

All merchandise is shipped FedExGround Home Delivery (except to business address) service.

Our goal is to ship every order the same day (if received before noon). Only plants and planted topiaries will be shipped next Monday or Tuesday.

We combine shipping for purchases AUTOMATICALLY to save you money!

When you order several different items, the shipping might show very high but we will adjust after we put all of it together.

Expedited delivery (overnight/air) - Please contact us at 620-584-2366 or email us and we will take your order directly.

When ordering you must specify if it's residential or business delivery address.

You can save on shipping if your order is shipped to a legal business address!

Shipping charges will be added after your order will be completed and processed for shipping.

We do not charge any handling or packing charge.

Please keep in mind that when ordering only one item the shipping charge will be high in reference to the cost of the product. Our products are mostly light and bulky and the shipping charge must be calculated as dimensional weight and not actual weight.

Air shipping at additional cost. WARNING: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE USING YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING/DELIVERY ADDRESS. IF THE ADDRESS GIVEN TO US IS NOT CORRECT FEDEX WILL CHARGE US $10.00 FOR ADDRESS CORRECTION. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THIS CHARGE. Before ordering make sure you know what you are ordering!

Topiary products are rather fragile in nature and most of returns can't be resold. Most returned products will discarded. It's your responsibility to order the right product.

Our prices are the lowest in the industry and we reserve the right to charge 50% restocking fee on all returns.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREAPPROVED VIA EMAIL!

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If we mess up your order we will pay for our mistake and you will receive 100% credit!

Large topiaries are shipped via Common Carrier. ALLOW 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR LARGE TOPIARY PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY.
